If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Artcy Jewellery may cancel the affected order and provide an appropriate refund.

PhonePe, where used as a payment service provider/payment gateway, operates as a payment intermediary and is not the seller of Artcy Jewellery products.

9. Payment Failure

If a payment fails, is reversed, is not received or is not successfully confirmed, Artcy Jewellery may treat the order as unpaid until payment confirmation is received.

If money is debited from the customer's account but the order is not successfully created or confirmed, the customer should contact us with the relevant transaction/order information.

Any reversal/refund will be handled according to applicable payment-system procedures.

10. Shipping

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and may vary because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the terms of our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

Cancellation may not be possible after an order has been dispatched.
